RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with this product you may return it for a refund or exchange within the first 30 days from the date of shipment. Product must be purchased directly from www.Technolight.com. We will charge a $15 restocking fee per unit on product returns. However, we will waive the restocking fee if you are exchanging product for another size or capacity. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges not attributable to warranted defects or miss-shipment on the part of “www.Technolight.com”.

The product must be returned in the following manner: Prior to returning the product to us, you must contact us at info@technolight.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You will receive a reference number, a ship to address, and packing instructions so that we can process your return. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include the original packing material. The www.Technolight.com product must be wrapped in a manner guaranteeing product protection and safe shipping. Failure to do so may result in permanent damage to the product. Returns received with the product not packaged correctly will be rejected. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner. If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, (notification of damage must be within 48 hours after receiving the shipment) we will immediately exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase amount.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Limited Warranty www.Technolight.com warrants to the purchaser of this Product (“Purchaser”) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “Warranty”) for 1 year (365 days) from the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”). “Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor/outdoor residential environment.

A Product in breach of the Warranty during the Warranty Period shall be considered a “Defective Product.” Purchaser may return the Defective Product, at Purchaser’s sole expense, to the Seller during the Warranty Period for replacement. Return shipping of the replacement product will be paid for by www.Technolight.com once the company inspects the defective product and agrees that it is defective. Determination as to whether the product is defective or not is at the sole discretion of www.Technolight.com. Replacement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of breach of the Warranty.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The terms and conditions of this warranty agreement contain the exclusive warranty relating to this product and are in lieu of all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and any other implied warranty obligation on the part of seller. In no event shall seller’s liability exceed the amount received by seller from the purchaser of this product. In no event shall seller be liable to anyone for special, incidental or consequential damages for breach of this warranty agreement.
